What types of sessions do you photograph? Anything that you don’t shoot?
Right now as of 2016 I am really mostly only doing my 5 Minute Mini-Mini sessions (Check it out at www.5minutephotoshoot.com) which allows me more time at home with my son and to do more free NICU sessions. 5 Minute mini-mini sessions are perfect for families on the go, maternity, seniors, kiddos, baby milestones, pregnancy announcements, gender reveals, couples, engagements, seniors, you name it.
While I’ve photographed many births and hospital sessions in the past, it is not something I currently offer.
Newborn sessions have been a long love of mine, but not something I currently offer.
Do you have a studio?
I closed my Merriam newborn studio at the end of 2014 as I moved outside of the KC Metro for a couple years to 16 acres of bliss. I have no immediate plans to reopen a studio.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Your investment depends on the type of package you choose as each package includes a set amount of digital images. I do not sell al-la-carte products but will absolutely upload your images to Mpix.com to help you order the best products you can get on the consumer market.
How much of a deposit is required to book a session with you?
Payment is due in full at time of booking as all clients now check out online.
Is my payment refundable?
No but you can reschedule if need be.
How do we see our photos after our session?
For 5 minute mini-mini sessions, turn around is just one week! What? Yep! Awesomeness.
For general custom sessions, approximately 2-3 weeks after the date of your session you will receive a link via dropbox to download your images. No CD/DVD/USB will be provided and clients have a set time to download images before they expire.
What happens if I lose my digital images?
If you do not back up your downloaded images before the link is removed from online, there is a $50 archival retrieval fee to access your images online. While I do keep back ups of my client sessions in their entirety, there is no guarantee that the images will be available at time of request so please be sure to back up your images promptly. I am not responsible for any cost, refund, or anything if you lose your digital copies and I no longer have them to be able to send you, the owness is on YOU to back up your images. Online back up, such as www.photobucket.com or www.zenfolio.com is STRONGLY recommended. I personally use Zenfolio and you can save 10% off any subscription with coupon code YUM-H54-UYG.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Clients are able to pay using their debit/credit cards in my online checkout.
What are your privacy policies?
I usually only share on my blog some favorites from sessions at specific locations to show variety and if you are on Facebook, I will upload a few to tag you in so you can share. If you absolutely do not want your child’s image online, totally ok! I have many families who have chosen to keep their images private and there’s no charge for it.

Why should we hire you as our photographer?
Why shouldn’t you hire me? I am OCD on details, I have spent thousands and thousands of hours on my education, I always strive to do more and try more, I’ve been told I’m pretty fun and customer service is my top priority.
